"Arrangements for Change/Cancellation of Orders"

  1. Since it takes time to prepare materials, if you want to switch to other styles, colors or quantities, please notify us 3 working days in advance from the day of pickup. We will refund the price difference or need to make up for the difference.
  2. If you want to change the pickup date or time, please notify us 3 working days in advance and we will try our best to accommodate the customer's request.
  3. If you need to cancel your order, please notify us 7 working days in advance from the pickup date, and we will arrange a refund as soon as possible. No refunds will be given if the order is placed within 3 working days from the day of pickup.

🌀Arrangements when the Observatory issues Black Rainstorm Warning/Tropical Cyclone Signal No. 9 or above: Delivery and self-pickup services will be suspended until the Black Rainstorm Warning signal is removed or another lower typhoon signal is hoisted.

🌀Arrangements after the Hong Kong Observatory cancels the Black Rainstorm Warning/Tropical Cyclone Signal No. 9 or above: If the Black Rainstorm Warning/Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above is changed to a lower signal or canceled before 2 p.m., our services will be Operation will resume after hours; same-day delivery and self-pickup services may be slightly delayed, please forgive us.

🌀If the black rainstorm warning/typhoon signal No. 9 or above is changed to a lower signal or canceled after 2 p.m., our delivery and self-pickup services will continue to be suspended on the same day and will resume operations on the next working day. Reservations made on the same day need to pick up the cake within 2 days.

For orders affected by bad weather, the date of the order can only be changed, but no refunds will be given.
